About

I'm a data and audit professional in Kuala Lumpur with more than 2 years of experience across data analysis, quality auditing and operations. At AS White Global Malaysia I followed client-specific rules to review and verify insurance records. At The Olive Tree Group I reconcile credit card data, run variance analysis and consolidate financials across several entities.

I've also worked on AI training data, uploading and verifying structured data in a cloud system. I hold a BBA from City University Malaysia and the Google Data Analytics Certificate. My main tool is Excel, where I build reconciliation workbooks and dashboards. The portfolio projects below also use SQL and Python on sample datasets.

At the Changkat outlets, one card machine often processes payments for other outlets, so I have to match each slip to the outlet it belongs to.   • Verify 600+ cash voucher claims a month across 17 outlets with the head manager, checking necessity and personal vs. company use.
  • Check daily sales reports for all 17 outlets for unmatched items, excesses and shortages, and reconcile results in Excel.
  • Investigate recurring unmatched items at high-volume Changkat outlets by matching transactions processed on other outlets' credit card machines.
  • Follow up on shortages with outlet managers; most are resolved within 3 days, and unresolved cases are escalated to management.
